Wild need to clean up the game a little and they could do some damage. BB is one of the best in biz in my opinion

Traditionally the Wild have struggled January and February and given the horrendous October the team had there is no room for any kind of swoon.

I think it's worth noting that traditionally when this has happened, Wild have had a cushion of points. It could also be put that Wild normally start struggling once it becomes pretty clear they'll probably make playoffs. Obviously, Wild fans would rather be higher up in the standings and you are correct they need to avoid a swoon, but I think there is decent reason for them to hope there won't be the same mid-season swoon they got used to in the past.

That thing with us Wild fans, is that there is a large contingent that wants the JAN/FEb swoon to happen. As nice as it has been to watch so good hockey games lately, they just don't look like a team that is even near being a capable playoff team. They are still old and slow, which in today's game is a losing recipe. As long as the games are still fun to watch for the most part, the Wild could help themselves in moving into a better draft pick chance...and in the process, get younger and faster.
